Aarna’s teacher, Renuka Mam. My child (and so do I) thoroughly enjoy her classes and look forward to them. She is highly competent & skilled teacher and really empathetic towards the needs of the kids. I’m very impressed with the way she communicates n explains the concepts to kids.

Hope you are doing great!! It’s been 2 weeks that we met and I thought of sharing my feedback with you. First of all, my earlier
concerns related to lancers start up doing just a formality in terms of online classes during this pandemic scenario seems to be addressed.
Really happy to see the positive change in school administration where focus is on overall learning of child rather than just concentrating on A-B-c and legacy
days where the intent used to be on covering syllabus irrespective of whether the students are able to even follow or correlate with their day- day usage. Transition of
lancers staff and their approach concentrating on “Fun way of teaching and focus on overall development “Seems to be working I always had tough time in making Aadvik attend these online sessions earlier. But, glad to share that now he attends the classes independently. A lot goes to Neha mam for her fabulous connect with
my child. She understands the fun way to tackle her child and Aadvik looks forward to her classes. I was amazed to see Aadvik progress in last 2 weeks and really wants to thank you for taking this initiative and Ms Neha for her efforts. She is indeed a second parent and understands my child so... well. Aadvik has started grabbing the
sounds and now I feel more confident in being part of lancer family.
